Project Overview
During my internship at Telos Consulting Solutions, I was entrusted with leading the development and optimization of a Content HubSpot aimed at increasing organic visibility and driving targeted traffic through search engines—Google and Bing.
Despite being an intern, I took full ownership of the content and SEO roadmap, delivering results that exceeded expectations within just three months.
Objectives
- Design and execute an SEO-driven content strategy
- Improve organic keyword rankings across Google and Bing
- Drive meaningful traffic and engagement through optimized content

Google Performance:
- Ranked the site for 200+ keywords in under 3 months
- Achieved an average position of 50 across target keywords
- Generated 13,000+ organic impressions and 45+ clicks
- Drove 1.4k+ image impressions, leading to over 10 image SEO clicks
Bing Performance:
- Achieved top 5 positions for 130+ keywords on Bing’s first page
- Delivered over 1.5k impressions and 18+ organic clicks with a CTR above 1.4%

Challenge 1: Starting with minimal keyword rankings and traffic
✔ Solution: Created a content structure based on keyword intent, optimized metadata, and deployed internal linking to build topical authority.
Challenge 2: Bing indexing lag and limited engagement
✔ Solution: Optimized for Bing through dedicated XML sitemaps, structured data, and image enhancements—resulting in improved indexation and higher CTR.
Results
Despite being an internship project, the outcomes rivaled those of full-time SEO campaigns. The content hub saw a rapid rise in search visibility, particularly on Bing, giving Telos a multi-channel organic footprint.
